UK Sales Manager – Legal Software
Taking a new product to market is often a challenge in itself, in this instance it was additionally hard as the target market was the legal industry. During this 18 month period we were able to put in place an order book of recurring subscription sales.
Upon completion of our Interim Sales Manager contract our customer had recruited a market leading Sales and Marketing team. The result of which has been a doubling of business partially as a result of the additional pipeline we put in place.

Entering a completely new complimentary market can be tough. It can be especially tough when the market you are moving into is already saturated. This business required a 12 month injection of specialist knowledge to enable them to become the thought leader in this particular field.
As Interim Sales Manager, we put in place all of the relationships required to enable them to expand naturally into this new industry. As a result we also closed over £500k of new business in 12 months. Additionally we created a pipeline worth over £1m which we handed over to their sales team when our contract ended.
Sales Manager – Document Management
The challenge here was to double the size of a Document Management business, which we achieved. We did this by increasing the value of the products, services and solutions on offer as well as taking solutions online.
Repeatable, long term contracts we put in place and training and assistance given to the sales team. Ensuring that they were confident in the new solutions and cross selling services from the whole product suite.
