As an Associate Member of the Institute of Interim Managers (AIIM) my experience has been externally validated. Data has been an integral part of my Sales and Marketing career over the last 25 years. I also have 6 years experience of processing data in roles as both Data Manager and Interim Data Manager..

My Validated Relevant Experience

Data Manager – Direct Marketing

Over a 6 year period I oversaw management of a significant number of customer databases. These were used for Direct Marketing purposes. As Data Manager it was my responsibility to ensure these were processed correctly and efficiently.

Ensuring these records were safe and secure was essential. During that period I also oversaw implementation of GDPR legislation. This touched every part of the business, including HR, Production and Commercial Contracts.

As Data Manager with responsibility for over 300 individual customers I had to document a large number of processes. To ensure that processing could be carried out efficiently whilst away a number of guides also had to be created.

As part of this role I was processing data in both Excel and Access, creating custom code.

Managing Director – Document and Records Management

Running your own business often requires you to take on a number of different roles. In this instance I was essentially my own Interim Data Manager.

Our customer required us to process data we collected on Friday evening with reports delivered on Monday mornings. All processing was undertaken in Access through a customised reporting system.

Integration Sales Manager – Data Capture

An understanding of how to collect, manage and process data during the document scanning process was essential for my role. Invoice Processing and Forms Processing were the cornerstone of my sales.

Capture, Extract, Manage and use created the workflows my customers drove benefit from.
